This interactive onboarding course was developed by transforming instructor-provided franchise content into a structured and engaging digital learning experience. Applying the Successive Approximation Model (SAM), I rapidly prototyped and iteratively refined the course modules based on learner experience considerations.
The course was organized into a modular structure covering key areas such as brand values, team recruitment, financial management, and the franchisee operational process. Rise 360’s mobile-responsive design was utilized to ensure accessibility and usability across devices.
Bloom’s Taxonomy informed the structuring of learning activities and assessment elements, targeting cognitive skills such as remembering, understanding, and applying. Learners progress through informative lessons and complete a knowledge check to reinforce their learning.
The course was published via Articulate Rise 360’s web-hosted platform, enabling flexible learner access and completion tracking.
By the end of the course, franchisees are guided to:
Recall Hansel & Petal’s core values and brand expectations
Understand franchise operations and best practices
Apply customer service strategies and operational procedures in their daily business activities
