This self-paced eLearning course is designed to build essential digital skills for success in today’s remote and hybrid work environments. Targeted at early-career professionals and workplace learners, the course covers key topics such as digital mindset, online communication, cybersecurity awareness, and digital organization.

Developed using the ADDIE instructional design model, the course consists of five interactive modules with layered slides, branching scenarios, and knowledge checks to support active learning.
